These Affiliate Program Terms apply to participants in the PCI Wellness Affiliate Program. By joining the program, promoting PCI Wellness products or services, using an affiliate link, coupon code, referral code, or other tracking method, the affiliate agrees to the terms below in addition to PCI Wellness’ general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, refund policy, and any product-specific sales terms.
1. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on eligible completed sales that are properly tracked through an approved PCI Wellness affiliate link, coupon code, referral code, or other authorized tracking method.
Commissions are calculated based on the commission rate assigned to the affiliate account at the time of the eligible sale. Commission rates may vary by affiliate, campaign, product, service, or promotion and may be changed by PCI Wellness at any time.
Commissions are not guaranteed and are only earned after a sale has been completed, shipped, verified, and approved by PCI Wellness.
2. Qualified Commissions
Affiliate commissions are not eligible for payment immediately after a customer places an order.
A commission becomes a qualified commission only after the related customer order has shipped, the 30-day refund eligibility period has passed, and the sale has been reviewed and approved by PCI Wellness.
Because PCI Wellness provides a 30-day refund window from the original order ship date, commissions will generally become eligible for payout no earlier than 30 days after the original order ship date, provided the sale has not been refunded, canceled, returned, disputed, charged back, flagged for fraud, or otherwise deemed ineligible.
If an order has not shipped, the commission connected to that order will remain pending and will not be considered qualified for payout.
If a customer requests a refund, return, cancellation, payment dispute, or chargeback during the 30-day period following the original order ship date, the related commission may be canceled, reversed, deducted, or withheld.
PCI Wellness reserves the right to delay commission qualification, approval, or payment beyond the 30-day post-shipment review period if additional review is required, including but not limited to fraud review, customer service review, payment verification, chargeback risk, tax documentation, affiliate compliance review, or order fulfillment issues.
3. Minimum Payout Threshold
PCI Wellness will not issue affiliate commission payments until the affiliate has accumulated at least $100.00 in qualified, approved, unpaid commissions.
Only commissions that have passed the 30-day post-shipment review period and have been approved by PCI Wellness will count toward the $100.00 minimum payout threshold.
If an affiliate’s approved unpaid commission balance is less than $100.00 at the time payouts are processed, the balance will roll forward until the minimum payout threshold has been reached.
No partial payments will be issued for balances below $100.00 unless PCI Wellness chooses to make an exception in writing.
4. Payout Schedule
Affiliate payouts are reviewed and processed monthly.
Qualified affiliate commission payments are generally made between the 15th and 30th of each month for commissions that have become qualified, have been approved by PCI Wellness, meet the $100.00 minimum payout threshold, and have all required tax and payment information on file.
A commission must be approved, unpaid, past the 30-day post-shipment refund eligibility period, and included in the applicable payout cycle before payment is issued.
PCI Wellness does not guarantee that a commission will be paid immediately after the 30-day post-shipment period ends. Approved commissions will be included in the next available monthly payout cycle, provided all payout requirements have been met.
PCI Wellness may delay payment if additional order review, fraud review, customer service review, tax documentation, payment account verification, affiliate compliance review, or other account review is required.
5. Payment Method
During registration and within the affiliate account settings, affiliates may provide a PayPal account email address for direct commission payments. Other payment methods can be arragned upon request.
Affiliates are responsible for entering and maintaining an accurate PayPal account email address and any other required payment information. PCI Wellness is not responsible for failed, delayed, rejected, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated affiliate payment information.
Any fees charged by PayPal, payment processors, banks, or third-party payment platforms may be deducted from the affiliate payout where applicable.
6. W-9 and Tax Documentation Requirement
A completed IRS Form W-9 is required to be on file before PCI Wellness will issue any affiliate commission payout.
Affiliates may download the official IRS Form W-9 here:
https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
Completed W-9 forms should be emailed to:
Subject or attention line:
Attention: Affiliate Program
PCI Wellness may withhold payment until the completed W-9 and all required payment information have been received, reviewed, and verified.
Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for all applicable taxes, reporting, and legal obligations related to affiliate commissions.
Where required by law, PCI Wellness may issue applicable tax forms for affiliate payments.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, Returns, Chargebacks, and Backcharges
If a customer receives a refund, cancels an order, disputes a payment, initiates a chargeback, returns a product, or otherwise reverses a transaction, any commission connected to that sale may be canceled, deducted, reversed, or withheld.
If a commission has already been paid on a transaction that is later refunded, canceled, disputed, charged back, returned, reversed, or otherwise backcharged, PCI Wellness may deduct that commission amount from the affiliate’s future unpaid commissions.
PCI Wellness reserves the right to apply commission adjustments, deductions, or offsets to future payouts when post-payout refunds, disputes, chargebacks, backcharges, fraud reviews, or order corrections occur.
8. Approved Sales Only
A commission is only eligible for payout after the related customer order has been reviewed and approved by PCI Wellness.
PCI Wellness may delay approval of a commission until the applicable refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud review, fulfillment, or customer service period has passed.
PCI Wellness reserves the right to deny, reverse, adjust, or withhold commissions for any sale that is refunded, canceled, declined, disputed, charged back, returned, found to be fraudulent, improperly tracked, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.
9. Affiliate Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with PCI Wellness when promoting PCI Wellness products or services.
Affiliates must not hide, minimize, or obscure the fact that they may receive compensation, commissions, discounts, or other benefits from purchases made through their affiliate link, code, or promotion.
Examples of acceptable disclosures may include clear statements such as:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
“This post contains affiliate links.”
“As a PCI Wellness affiliate, I may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.”
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, platform, email, social media, and consumer protection rules.
10. Prohibited Promotional Activities
Affiliates may not engage in misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized promotional practices.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Making false, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about PCI Wellness products or services.
- Making medical, disease-treatment, cure, diagnosis, or guaranteed-result claims unless specifically approved in writing by PCI Wellness.
- Using spam, unsolicited email, fake accounts, fake reviews, misleading testimonials, or deceptive advertising.
- Bidding on PCI Wellness brand names, trademarks, misspellings, or restricted keywords in paid search campaigns without written approval.
- Representing themselves as PCI Wellness, Parasitology Center Inc., PCI Wellness customer support, or an official company employee.
- Using unauthorized coupons, discounts, offers, or promotional claims.
- Creating websites, landing pages, ads, or social media profiles that confuse customers into believing they are official PCI Wellness properties.
- Purchasing through their own affiliate link unless specifically allowed in writing.
- Generating fraudulent, duplicate, bot-driven, incentivized, or low-quality traffic.
PCI Wellness may immediately suspend or terminate an affiliate account and withhold commissions if prohibited activity is suspected.
11. Product and Health Claim Compliance
Affiliates must follow all PCI Wellness brand, product, advertising, and compliance guidelines.
Affiliates may not claim or imply that PCI Wellness products or services diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless such language has been expressly approved by PCI Wellness in writing and is legally permitted.
Affiliates should use only approved product descriptions, approved talking points, approved images, approved disclaimers, and approved promotional materials when provided by PCI Wellness.
PCI Wellness may require an affiliate to edit, remove, or stop using any content that PCI Wellness determines is inaccurate, misleading, non-compliant, outdated, or inconsistent with the company’s brand or policies.
12. Tracking and Attribution
PCI Wellness will use its affiliate tracking system to determine whether a sale is eligible for commission.
Affiliates understand that tracking may be affected by browser settings, deleted cookies, expired cookies, ad blockers, customer behavior, checkout errors, coupon usage, manual order adjustments, PayPal issues, technical limitations, or other factors outside of PCI Wellness’ reasonable control.
PCI Wellness is not responsible for commissions that are not properly tracked due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
Final determination of commission eligibility, attribution, qualification, and payout approval will be made by PCI Wellness.
13. Commission Adjustments
PCI Wellness may adjust commission amounts due to refunds, cancellations, discounts, taxes, shipping, payment processing issues, coupon misuse, duplicate referrals, order changes, tracking errors, fraud, chargebacks, backcharges, or other transaction corrections.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, commissions are calculated on the eligible sale amount after discounts and before taxes, shipping, handling, and other non-commissionable fees.
14. Account Review, Suspension, and Termination
PCI Wellness reserves the right to review affiliate accounts at any time.
PCI Wellness may suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate account for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, compliance concerns, brand misuse, customer complaints, inactivity, misleading promotion, missing tax documentation, payment issues, or conduct that PCI Wellness determines may harm the company, its customers, or its reputation.
If an affiliate account is terminated for violation of these terms, PCI Wellness may withhold unpaid commissions and cancel pending commissions.
If an affiliate account is terminated without cause and the affiliate has qualified, approved unpaid commissions that meet the $100.00 minimum payout threshold, PCI Wellness may issue payment according to its normal payout process, subject to any tax, payment, compliance, or account review requirements.
15. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in the Affiliate Program creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or representative relationship between the affiliate and PCI Wellness.
Affiliates do not have authority to bind PCI Wellness, make promises on behalf of PCI Wellness, offer refunds, provide medical advice, approve discounts, or modify PCI Wellness policies.
16. Changes to the Affiliate Program
PCI Wellness may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission rates, payout schedule, payout methods, minimum payout threshold, eligible products, or these Affiliate Program Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. Final Approval
All commissions are subject to final review and approval by PCI Wellness.
PCI Wellness reserves the right to make the final decision regarding affiliate eligibility, commission qualification, payout approval, policy violations, fraud review, payment status, tax documentation, and account status.
For questions about affiliate commissions, payment status, W-9 submission, or program rules, affiliates should contact PCI Wellness at info@pciwellness.com with “Attention: Affiliate Program” included in the subject line or message.
