REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
TEST ORDERS
Orders for tests may be canceled within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Testing packages and shipping charges once shipped are non-refundable.
PRODUCT ORDERS
Orders for products are refundable within 30 days of the purchase date. Testing packages and shipping charges once shipped are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For a full refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and sealed. Any packaging that is damaged, opened, or labels covered will incur a 25% repackaging fee. No refund will be issued if the seal of the cap or lid on any supplements has been broken.
RETURNS
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
